- Visitor identification: For embedded Assisters (anonymous visitor IDs)
- Draft content: Temporary storage of unsaved work
Local storage data persists until you clear your browser data or we explicitly remove it.

You have the following options for managing cookies and your consent (GDPR Art. 7, ePrivacy Directive):
- Cookie preference centre: Use the banner at the bottom of your screen on first visit. Logged-in users can also manage preferences from Settings → Privacy (includes Withdraw All Consent).
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honour the GPC browser signal. If your browser sends
Sec-GPC: 1, we automatically disable optional tracking without requiring banner interaction (CCPA/CPRA, CO CPA, CT CTDPA). - Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies in Settings → Privacy. Blocking essential cookies may affect platform functionality (login, payments).
- GA4 opt-out: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent GA4 tracking across all sites.
- Essential cookies: Cannot be disabled as they are strictly necessary for authentication and payment security.

Cookies we use fall into two categories based on their duration:
- Session cookies: These are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies: These remain on your device for a set period (e.g., authentication tokens may last up to 30 days).
